Job Summary:
Provides programming and production to assigned clients to
enhance their skills toward independence and economic
self-sufficiency a.)Supervises, escorts responsible for
monitoring consumers movement b.)Performs routine
functions: taking attendance, consumers coverage at break
times, assure consumer discipline. c.)Maintains quality
control by monitoring trainee activities. f.)Prepares for
supervisory review, progress notes and incident reports.
g.)Insures services in accordance with the Individual
Habilitation Service Plan.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED certificate. One (1) to two (2)
years documentation experience working with disabled
people required. Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to
working with disabled people.
